Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist, and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I graduated from New England College in 2009 with a BS in Clinical Psychology and minor in Art. I have been practicing as a clinician since 2013 after I graduated from Lesley University with a Masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapies with specialization in Mental Health Counseling. I began working in community mental health where I gained extensive professional experience with treating mental illness, alcohol and substance abuse, and utilizing expressive therapies. I believe in person centered, strength based approaches to therapy that emphasize the client as experts in their own lived experience and recovery with coping skills, guidance and insights provided by me.
